Account management
Teams
In dmarced, a team represents your customer account, whether you are a single person, a team, or an organization.
It contains:
- The plan you are currently subscribed to
- Billing details (name, address, invoices, etc.)
- All data collected by dmarced on your behalf (e.g., DMARC reports, domains, DNS records, etc.)
Manage billing
To view or update your team’s billing details, subscription, or past invoices go to the settings page in the dashboard and click on “Manage billing.”
This will open a billing portal where you can:
- Change or cancel your subscription plan
- Update payment methods and billing details
- Download past invoices
Users
A user is a person with access to one or more teams. When you first sign up to dmarced, a new team is created automatically, and you become part of it.
You can later be invited to join other teams. This allows consultants, MSPs, or multi-domain organizations to manage multiple customer accounts from one login.
Login & Sign out
dmarced currently relies on email-based authentication. Visit app.dmarced.eu, enter your email address, and confirm. A secure link will be sent to your email address. Click on it to log in instantly.
To sign out, click on your user card on the bottom left of the dashboard and select “Sign out.”
Update your profile
Your user settings apply to you personally, no matter which team you’re viewing. These include display name, time zone, first day of the week, email address, and accessibility settings. You can find them in the “Profile” section of the dashboard.
Switch between teams
If you’re part of multiple teams, you can easily switch between them by clicking on your user card at the bottom left of the dashboard and selecting a different team to switch context.
